  1. Fill Application Form for Extended Study Centre of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. Tirunelveli
  2. Submit the Application Form with all supporting documents and processing fee at Jawahar Education's Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur.
  3. SSI will evaluate the Application Form and File and process the same in case the file is complete in all aspect.
  4. Submit the Inspection fee.
  5. Inspection Team appointed by the University will be visiting the institute to inspect and verify the infrastructure and suitability of conducting the Programmes.
  6. On recommendation of the Inspection Team, the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. Tirunelveli will consider the Institute for approval as an Extended Study Centre.
  7. On approval the new appointed ESC is required to sign an MOU and deposit the registration fee before the commencement of Admission Procedure.


RECOMMENDATION:

  1. After the application is received for grant of authorization to their study centre by the University, the University shall satisfy themselves of the bonafide of its applicant society/trust/corporate and its office-bearers.
  2. The applicant has sufficient infrastructural facilities such as proper building, class rooms, library, laboratory, and also qualified teaching faculty, a known-to-all-concerned e-mail id of the centre, internet connection, telephone, fax, teaching audio-visual aids, student support cell including placement cell etc. with regards to the course(s) applied for, as per the requirements of the University. Such applications should also be accompanied by photographs and CD(s) showing in details of all infrastructures like class rooms, library, laboratories etc. On inspection by the team appointed for the purpose by the University, if any discrepancy (ies) is/are noticed, it will be construed as a misrepresentation of actual facts resulting in rejection of application summarily and forfeiture of inspection-cum-processing fee.
  3. The maximum number of students allowed for enrolment shall depend on the size of building, infra-structural and institutional facilities of the study centre. If the number of candidates is more than the infrastructure available, then the excess candidates will be transferred to the nearest authorized Study Centre of M.S. University.
  4. However, the acknowledgement of receipt of Application Form along with the requisite Fees is not an acceptance, as such, or grant of authorization as that is based strictly on the outcome of the concerned Study Centre’s inspection.


REQUIREMENT:

  • The study centre of University is required to function under a Trust / Society / Corporate. The University should submit the following documents with the Application cum Self Assessment Form of their proposed centre:
  • Copy of Registration of Trust / Society / Corporate obtained from Registrar of Societies / Concerned Authority.
  1. Address proof of the Society / Trust/ Corporate along with Lease Agreement / Title Deed / Rent Agreement.
  2. Website address, if any.
  3. E-mail ID.
  • The study centre must pose an aesthetic look, both from inside and outside, worthy of a quality educational set up. The entry point of the study centre must display the signboard clearly indicating that the centre is an approved centre of M.S.University.
  • A minimum of 1,800-2,000 sq. ft. covered area or more depending upon the programme(s) being conducted and sufficient open space (owned or rented) is essential for a study centre.
