The study centre should provide all essential infrastructures like reception desk, class rooms, labs, workshops, computer-room with a minimum configuration of Pentium-IV computers, teaching-aids, furniture, fixtures and other equipments as per the need of the course(s). (Photographs and CDs are to be submitted along with Self Assessment Form separately for each programme).
A well laid out Library with adequate number of books including reference books of all streams / courses being conducted at the Centre.
The study centre must be established only in areas suitable for running Educational institutions. The decision of the University in this regard shall be final and binding.
Properly established administrative office, student support system including audio visual training aids and public utilities / services / convenience.
Adequate basic facilities like generator / computers, drinking water, fans, lights, parking place, toilets, security etc.
Classes, theory as well as practicals, as per syllabus.
Class-wise and teacher-wise time table.
Placement support to the Students.
A known to all: centre's e-mail id and the contact person, Internet connection, Telephone and fax numbers.
Any other such facility that may be required for providing satisfactory quality education and/or made mandatory under UGC / DEC rules and guidelines.
